The founding members of Kilimanjaro Mission Hospital have been serving Kajiado County since 2010. What started out as a medical mission in the summer of 2010 with a crew of about 25 volunteers has continued and grown.

It is hard to believe that 2023, with all its immense challenges, has almost come to an end.

The Lord has been gracious to all at Kilimanjaro Mission Hospital as we have seen consistent growth in new patients and returning patients to our facility. We rejoice with the staff, the Board members, and all of our supporters as our small clinic has really made a name for its self in the Kimana community. It has excelled beyond what we thought it could do!
