It is hard to believe that 2023, with all its immense challenges, has almost come to an end.

Updated: Mar 3

Looking back at this past year, the Lord has been gracious to all at Kilimanjaro Mission Hospital as we have seen consistent growth in new patients and returning patients to our facility. We rejoice with the staff, the Board members, and all of our supporters as our small clinic has really made a name for its self in the Kimana community. It has excelled beyond what we thought it could do.

As this year is coming to its end there is still a need for support for Kilimanjaro Mission Hospital.  We are asking and seeking for continued donations and new donors to help us keep up the good works being done.

As of this month our board has just finalized the cost of building a much-needed maternity and surgery center for the many needs of this community at an amazing cost of $850,000.00.

We pray that this will be started and completed very soon as many lives can be spared with this new facility.

Please pray about what you can do to help. We are a not-for-profit organization and all gifts are tax deductible.

Checks are accepted made payable to Kilimanjaro Mission Hospital, mailed to 5911 John Anderson Hwy. Flagler Beach, Fl 32136God Bless you, Heidi & Scott Smith

To simplify our bookkeeping process, we have switched from sending out donation statements with each donation to just a year end donation statement. If for any reason you need quarterly statements, please let us know. You can email us at info@kilimanjaromissionhsopital.org.

Thank you for your continued support in the operation of KMH!

We continue to have medical students and volunteers from around the world coming to spend time helping and learning here at KMH. It's just another example of how God is doing great things at our facility! One of our recent interns sent us this kind thank you...

I just wanted to message our gratitude to you and the staff at KMH for providing us with such an incredible experience in Kimana. Dr Ken, Dr Dan and Dr Susan were amazing mentors and so generous with their knowledge and time. It was so great to be able to move between radiology with Jaffa, pathology with Maureen and Kevin and the nursing station with Tess and Ken.

We had such a great time every day and saw and learnt so much. The staff made us feel so welcome and we had many laughs. The Kenyan people were also fantastic, and we fell in love with the culture and medicine there.

We would love to come back one day and do an outreach and we are already missing Africa so so much. The work they do there is incredible and thank you for your support at KMH and making it feasible.

This was a lifechanging experience and one we will never forget! Sincerely hope to see you there one day!

Kind Regards, Amelia Cronin
